So far I have been extremely impressed with the attention to detail, willingness to assist me in anything I need, and the courteous nature of the office staff and of my attorney Kathrine Fantigrossio. I divorced 6 years ago in which there was a QDRO. The attorneys that I had for the divorce had no idea what they were doing in regards to the distribution of $125,000 QDRO. I since moved from NY to Florida which compounded the issue. I contacted Susan Duke and immediately 2 things happened, Susan returned my call then said she would represent me!! Awesome! Amazing!!! Her fee was reasonable but Susan had to start from scratch with the 6 year old QDRO. Like “blow off all the dust” amended, calling previous firm for release of counsel, judge to sign it and contact corporate guardian for the previous release amended. Susan Duke took charge and within no time; shiny new QDRO with a distribution!!! Did I say awesome & amazing??? No stress, up to date status and done!!! I called Susan when the distribution check came in the mail and asked if I could send her a bonus but she gracefully declined. Susan Duke is knowledgeable, professional and dedicated! And AMAZING!!! I can not thank Susan enough!!!

Duke Law: The Best Decision We Made” If you're looking for an honest, affordable, reliable, genuine, patient and intelligent attorney for your bankruptcy or family court issue(s), CALL SUSAN at DUKE LAW - you will not regret retaining her. She is on top of the law, fast to respond, very attentive to your case/needs, fair-priced and will not just tell you what you want to hear (that can happen a lot with lawyers, but not this one). This year (2020 - the year from hell), we retained Susan, after searching and searching for an attorney (for years we put off court, because we just couldn't find the right attorney, or the right price). We met with many, but none of them held a candle to Duke Law. Susan's retainer fee/total cost was WAY BELOW the others we found (by hundreds of dollars). She also utilizes up-to-date/modern technology (we had one attorney hand us a pencil and paper to capture our situation, Susan used a software program that was very user-friendly, and much more efficient than the old paper/pencil route). Her office is AWESOME, very clean (we even went during 2020/COVID, and the girls had the place spotless/very sanitary, followed all safety/COVID regulations too) - other offices we visited were in the back of people's apartments, dirty, very unprofessional, sometimes even scary, but not Duke Law - they've a great, safe, modern, clean, convenient and local office, in an actual office building, not her home! This is my 2nd time using susan duke in my custody situation with my daughter. During these most difficult heart wrenching times in a parent/ child life susan has been amazing, straight to the point, very responsive , most of the time within 10 to 20 min after i send my emails of communication. susan is the best attorney ive ever had !!!! WORTH EVERY CENT YOU WONT BE DISSATISFIED, very fair and reasonable. During covid we have done all our communication over the phone or by email which has been very convienient. So need to worry how near or far susan duke a just a click away right in the comfort of your own home..

Heidi is a fantastic attorney. I hired her to handle my custody case, she is an extremely hard worker, knew the laws, and rights a father should have. Shes very responsive when I had questions, and was not afraid to stand up in meetings to challenge the other attorneys comments and statements. I wanted to wait to leave this review until after my hearing so I could really give Susan an honest review. This law firm is AMAZING! Everyone I was in contact with was helpful and very responsive right out the gate. Susan is extremely patient, kind, and most importantly, knowledgeable. During proceedings she was on point and nothing slipped by her. She asked all the right questions and got her point across plus a very well spoken closing statement. I don’t know the outcome of our case yet but that has no bearing on how well I felt I was represented. I would 10/10 recommend her. Hopefully I won’t need an attorney again for anything, but if I do, this firm is where I’ll be coming back to.
